Club Success Plan
Your Club Success Plan (CSP) is that roadmap. It establishes your executive committee’s shared vision, aligns your officer team on key goals, and sets up a strategy to reach Distinguished status and beyond this program year.
Why completing your plan matters right now:
- Clarity & Direction: It translates big goals into manageable, monthly action steps for your entire team.
- Member Retention & Value: A planned club provides consistent meeting quality, helping members reach their educational goals faster.
- Support from District Leadership: When we know your specific goals, we can better align district resources, incentives, and coaching to support you.
If your leadership team hasn’t finalized your Club Success Plan yet, there is still time, and you don’t have to do it alone!

Bring your draft, and we’ll complete it together, submit it, and plan for success! This interactive workshop will focus on collaboration, accountability, and practical action to help your club move forward with confidence.
If you cannot attend, please schedule a brief executive meeting to complete and submit your Club Success Plan in Club Central before the September 30, 2026 deadline.

Contest Season will run from November 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027
The category of contest can be Tall Tales, Humor, Evaluation, Table Topics and The International Speech Contest.
That determination will be decided by our leadership for this year at the District Executive Committee Meeting.
