25-26 District 30 Council Meeting

All 25-26 D30 Council members (DEC members, Club Presidents and VPEs) are asked to register by 04/20/2026:  https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/iNB_qATnTOGXJlu2vwPXFw

The meeting room will open at 8AM.  The time between 8-8:15AM will be used to take roll call and visit breakout rooms as time allows.  Business will begin at 8:15AM.

The agenda will be posted by 4/06.  Toastmaster International has provided the following guidance regarding this meeting and the additional district council meeting that will elect the leadership for D30 when the new district alignment takes place.

• Each District will still need to conduct the Annual Meeting of the District Council to complete any 2025-2026 business and reports.
• A separate District Council meeting will be planned with the District Realignment Transition Committee to conduct business pertaining to the 2026-2027 program year; this includes elections and alignment voting. District Council members will attend this meeting based on where their club is aligned in the new 2026-2027 District boundaries.
