Friday Night Leadership Dinner
Open to All – Celebrate, Connect, and Be Inspired
Join us Friday evening for the Leadership Dinner, a special event honoring the dedicated leaders who help our organization thrive—club officers, District Executive Council members, committee chairs and more.
Club officers in attendance will receive a special gift in appreciation of their service!
If you’ve earned your Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), be sure to wear your medal—we’ll be celebrating District 30’s newest DTMs throughout the evening and again on Saturday.
This is a wonderful opportunity to invite friends and family to experience the energy and camaraderie of our community. Guests are welcome to attend Friday’s program at no cost.
The evening begins with an informal gathering in the hotel atrium—perfect for reconnecting and meeting new people. You’ll have the option to purchase a pre-conference dinner to enjoy before the program kicks off. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.
Let’s come together to celebrate leadership and build connections that carry us forward!
Saturday Morning – Let the Conference Begin!
Our official programming kicks off at 8:30 AM on Saturday, but the energy starts even earlier!
Start your day by joining one of our onsite Toastmasters meetings taking place before and throughout the day. It’s a fun way to connect with fellow members, explore different club styles, and gather fresh ideas to bring back to your club.

At 10:45 AM, don’t miss the always-spirited Banner Parade! Whether your club has a traditional banner or not, you can still join the fun—rally your clubmates and show off your Toastmasters pride with a custom-made banner or creative themed attire.

Looking for a little impromptu fun? We’ll also be hosting some pop-up Table Topics sessions throughout the day. If you’d rather ask the questions than answer them, sign up to be a Table Topics Master and keep the conversations flowing!
